- Trim wicks to 1/4" before every burn, including the first.

Room Spray Use & Safety
- Gently shake the bottle before use.
- Spray in the center of the room, avoiding contact with delicate fabrics and surfaces.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not spray on wood or painted surfaces. Always do a patch test on fabrics to avoid staining.
- Highly flammable, do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material.
- Do not swallow. If consumed, seek immediate medical advice.
- Avoid direct contact with face, skin, and eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse with water.
- Keep out of reach of pets and children.

What are your candles made of?
All candles are hand poured with 100% soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. 4 oz candles are in tin-plated steel containers, and 16 oz candles are double-wicked in glass containers.
What are your Room + Linen Sprays made of?
Room + Linen Sprays are made with the same phthalate-free fragrance oils as our candles, ensuring that the scents are the same across products. The base is the plant-based and 100% biodegradable CandleScience EcoBase™ Room and Linen Spray, the ingredients of which can be found on their website.
How long will my candle last?
How long a candle lasts depends a lot on how long and how often you are burning it! Generally, we estimate each 4oz candle at 15-20 hours of burn time, and each double-wicked 16oz candle at 65-75.
What is the discoloration/texture on my candle?
100% soy wax has many quirks in the way its structure crystalizes as it solidifies. Over time, candles may experience something known as “frosting,” where the surface of the candle turns a different color or texture than it started. Wax in glass containers may pull away from the sides of the container. Colored candles will fade and spread throughout the wax over time. All of these phenomena are natural and expected, and will not affect the scent of the candle.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase. Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received. There will be no returns accepted for products that have been used. For returns, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping, but will be refunded for the product and any applicable taxes. For exchanges, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
Why did it take so long to receive my order?
This is a one woman company, and I do my best to get orders out as soon as possible. Current processing times are 1-3 business days, 1-2 weeks for custom orders. Your order will be shipped and you should receive a tracking number within that timeframe. After that, your package is in the hands of USPS and delivery time will depend on the shipping option you chose at checkout.
Can I buy your products on Etsy?
