Rogue Candle

from $13.00

Known for their quick hands and general predilection for sneaking about in the shadows, rogues have a bit of a reputation as criminals. Not to say every rogue is thief, but, well, let’s take it back to their origins.

The “thief” class was initially introduced in 1975 as a supplement to Original Edition Dungeons & Dragons, but only became recognized as one of the standard classes with the publication of the 1st Edition of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons in 1978. The thief class drew inspiration from J.R.R. Tolkien's Bilbo Baggins, Fritz Leiber's The Gray Mouser, and Jack Vance's Cugel the Clever. It wasn’t until 3rd Edition in 2000 that the thief class officially became known as rogue, but they were a crowd favorite as soon as they hit the Player’s Handbook.

Rogue is a hand poured soy wax candle:
- Smells like skulking around back alleys and dens of ill repute.
- Notes of: smoke, sweet tobacco, black currant wine
